Liability for contents
According to § 7 par.1 TMG, we, as a services provider, are responsible for our own contents on these web pages in accordance with the general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we, as a services provider, are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to investigate circumstances which indicate illegal activity. This does not affect our obligations to remove or block use of information in accordance with the general laws. However, such liability is not possible until we have received knowledge of a definite violation of law. When we become aware of such violations of law, we remove the offending contents at once.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external, third-party web pages on the contents of which we have no influence. Thus we cannot assume any warranty for these third-party contents. Only the provider or operator of linked third-party pages can be held responsible for their contents. When we linked these pages, we checked them for possible violations of law. Illegal contents were not recognizable as such at this time. However, it would be unreasonable to expect providers and operators to conduct ongoing controls of contents of linked pages even when there is no definite reason to suspect illegal contents.
